My site gets 20,000+ unique visitors and over 55,000 visits a month. It’s a PR 3 website.
Link exchanges are very limited – it all boils down to the price. I will also throw in a good blog post for indexing to sweeten the deal.
A Blog for your site with backlinks and good SEO – $12 a post for about 200-250 words. (this includes backlinks via Twitter, Deep Link Engine, Hubpages, Digg, StumbleUpon) most closely related to technology, gaming, or even animation (cartoons/anime, etc).
Banners on sidebar – $25 for 6 months; $50 for 12 months on the side that shows up on every page of the site.
Banners within blog posts I make – $8 per post (a great deal as all posts index pretty well on Google and it’ll be up for as long as this blog stays online). TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!

Also, if these rates don’t quite suit your needs, we can always work out a deal to cater more to your budget.
If there’s any specific way, you want to set up your links within text for blogs, etc…. Don’t hesitate to ask. Make sure for banners along the sidebar they are 120 or 160 width wise. Within the blog post, width should be no more than 720.
