We all know what went down during the whole Activision and Infinity Ward ordeal. According to IGN, “The verdict in the cases between Jason West, Vince Zampella, and the Infinity Ward Employee Group vs. Activision will have to wait until next year.”
The date is currently set for May 23, 2011. (Woot, Marvel vs Capcom 3 should be coming out around that time =)..random tangent i know =P )
